How quickly does an order go into production?
Orders from your shop reach us automatically. Production usually takes 1–2 working days from receipt of the order. Different delivery times for individual products are shown directly on the product.
Which shipping carriers are supported?
DHL small parcel (Kleinpaket) and DHL parcel, domestic and international, with CN22 and commercial invoice for countries outside the EU. Your own sender from Plus.
How does billing work?
Consolidated monthly: on the 1st you receive a PDF consolidated invoice with XRechnung/ZUGFeRD for your tax advisor. Payment by card or SEPA direct debit. Enterprise customers get an individual credit limit after a credit check.
Is my print file really safe?
Yes. Your files are stored encrypted on servers in the EU and can only be accessed after signing in with the right permissions or through time-limited links. Data is never used for AI training. GDPR-compliant, DPA available.
Can I work with stock and exclusive products?
Enterprise customers can store their own goods in our warehouse (FIFO picking) and request exclusive product development.
What about claims?
Claims can be submitted through our system within 14 days of delivery.
If there is a production fault, we arrange a free replacement production quickly and without fuss. This usually takes 1–2 working days or the regular production time of the item in question.
We respond to every claim within 48 hours on working days (Monday to Friday).
